We export about 50%-60% of our total capacity to clients throughout USA, Europe, Ukraine, Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Mauritius, Pakistan, and The Middle East. For three decades, KHPI has maintained its place at the forefront of plastic film technology.
KHPI believes in a programme of investment so that its facilities are equipped with the most advanced technology currently available. Our state of the art facility produces 50,000 metric tonnes of the highest quality products on a consistent basis annually.
- Full-automatic PE-blown film extruders from Germany, Italy, and Japan for the production of lamination film, stretch film, shrink film, agriculture film, protective film, and other high-quality films in mono-layer or co-extruded.
- High-quality three-layer cast film extruder from Italy for the production of CPE, CPP, protective film, and stretch film.
- High Speed rotogravure printing machines with up to seven colours for high quality printing requirements.
- A range of converting machinery to meet the most complicated bag making/converting requirements such as square bottom gusset bag, perforation bag on roll rewinding, slitting, side, and bottom weld.
- Implement and maintain QMS in accordance to ISO 9001-2000 and to continually improve its effectiveness.
