Process

There are 3 stages of process inspection and testing conducted by the highly trained QA personnel and production personnel;

• Incoming inspection
  
• In Process Quality Control
  
• Final inspection

QA Laboratory

KHP has a modern laboratory equipped with advanced testing equipment and highly skilled QA personnel to ensure only product to meet customers requirement are shipped out.

Calibration

Meanwhile, QA department also responsible for test equipment calibration, this is to ensure that all inspection, measuring and test equipment which are critical to the process and inspection/test activities are being controlled and calibrated at pre-determined intervals and that the measurement uncertainties is known and is consistent with the required measurement capability.
