KHPI believes in investing in state-of-the-art technology. As a result, our 350,000 sq ft facility is equipped with the most advanced machines befitting the most sophisticated plant in the region. Currently, our superbly-maintained machines provide and annual capacity of 30,000 metric tonnes which is delivered efficiently and on time, to our customers.

• Fully automatic PE blown film extruders from Germany, Italy and Japan for the production of lamination film, stretch film, shrink film, agriculture film and others high quality films in mono-layer or co-extruded. The machines are equipped with gravimetric throughout control, automatic thickness control and automatic winding tension.
• High quality three-layer cast film extruder from Italy for the production of cling film, cast polypropylene, protective film and stretch film. The line is incorporated with automatic thickness control and 3-stage winding system.
• HDPE extruders from Japan for the production of HDPE films for lamination and industrial packaging.
• High speed printing machines up to seven colours for high quality printing requirement. The machine is incorporated with automatic tension control, auto-register, ink pumps and stroboscope for the printing of complicated design on very thin gauge films.
• Various converting machinery to meet the most complicated bad-making / converting requirement such as square bottom, perforation on roll, rewinding, slitting, side-weld.
